I recently went to purchase a side-by-side for my real estate business with zero prior knowledge about them. Thankfully, the amazing salesman Michael Gross was there to guide me in the right direction. He was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and even let me test drive multiple models to figure out what worked best for me.

What stood out the most was how Michael made the experience pressure-free. It’s rare to go to a dealership and not feel pushed to buy something, but he was genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit for my needs.

The dealership’s prices were also a lot more affordable compared to others, and the 2-hour drive was absolutely worth it.

I don't like dealership games most play, and YPK was not that at all. I'm a very to-the-point kind of person. When I want something at a fair price, I expect equal respect without be manipulated and talked to like I'm stupid l. I dealt with Richard Trent when buying a used SXS, and I had nothing but positive interactions with him. He gave me the out-the-door price over the phone, and there were no silly games when I showed up to purchase the unit. This seems like a well run dealership, and their reviews indicate the same. Very pleased with the Parts Gentlemen. Every time I need something he is very knowledgeable. Get me the correct stuff. It works better than the trash you can find on Ebay. And the prices are extremely reasonable. For example, we got a used sportsman. I look up the oil and filter for oil change. And check the price on Amazon. Well, I figure so what I'll pay a few more Bucks and get it today. I was shocked when the guy beat Amazon's prices. And I know I went home with the right oil filter for my machine. Very Pleased.

Drove 13 hours round trip from Michigan to pick up a Polaris Xpedition. This is the 5th new Polaris side by side I’ve bought in 9 years and YPK was by far the best dealership I’ve dealt with.
