They kept my jeep for 7 months, I've paid close to $7000 in repairs and my jeep does same thing. Its not repaired. They recommended a new wire harness. They put in a used one, told me they got a used one for $450 them still proceeded to charge me $950 for it. Then they put on a bunch of parts I didn't authorize. When I would call to speak to someone, no one was ever available. I was told I would be called back and never was. Ive NEVER had such a bad experince with a mechanic. Idk if they think I'm stupid but I have a certification in basic mechanics. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!

I was told not to go here but they didn’t mess anything up and were nice to welllllll yesterday I went there because I had side steps ordered I get my truck back and it was all scratched up and was not there before I took it to them they denied instantly that they were at fault I will no longer take my vechilce there

The guys were nice and all but they messed up servicing my smart start I couldn’t get back in again for five days to get it fixed. Wound up getting locked out and they had the nerve to charge me again for a job they didn’t do correctly the first time. Just been an absolute painful experience. It wasn’t all on them but the actual smart start company too but still why do I have to pay twice for a job that should have been done right the first time.

Lets see we have had to take both vehicles back to them 3 times each and still are not fixed. They are in worst condition then what they were when we put them in the shop. Nothing like having a tire shop call and ask you if you want the words in the front of back of a tire. They should know they face out not in. They suck at their jobs! They need real men that know what they are doing. Oh and they put the wrong size tire on and refuse to put the right size tire on. The tire they put in was inches higher then my other tires

I just had 4 tires changed and tpms changed. Tpm light has been on for the past 800 miles since I left shop. Shop told me it would take a few miles to activate them. That's a lie.it takes 20 miles to activate them. 2nd they never cleaned the back side of the rim to mount to the rotor flat. 3rd lug nuts was torqued to 245lbs each when factory torque is 100lbs each lug nuts. All this cost me 800$. Either they have no certified mechanic on the permis or they just have no idea of what there doing I would stay away from this place at all cost.

Arrived at 8:30 am and was finally out at 12:30pm, with tires i didn't request because they had sold mine the day before knowing I was in the computer to arrive this morning. Got sold 2 tires that are 2015 and the other set are 2014. Tires seem fine and did get a discount but will Not be back.
