Damage was done to our personal vehicle and the jobs were not done correctly. If he felt like he could not do the job then he should feel free to say that. Passenger step were supposed to have 4 braces on it and driver 2 braces. They only put 3 braces on the passenger side and the driver's side was not installed. It is now several weeks later and trim parts are falling off of our van that they have broke in installing the passenger side step. I have now taken the van to a place in Anderson (Auto Outfitters) and the job was done wonderfully. "Photo's are of damage that Bigg's did."

Mechanic wise…decent. But the owner is rude and shady. 3 different times within 2 months he mislead me on price and timing. The last one, he mislead me by 5 weeks. Started the work, then said he could finish 5 weeks later. After charging for $175. Will not be back and I will advise anyone/everyone to find someone else. Ended our conversation with the owner slamming the door in my face because I questioned his communication. Very disappointed as I like to support local businesses.
