The most AMAZING school. I got the chance to stop back in today and they are still doing awesome things! They even have a food pantry on-site for the students! As far as community and technical colleges go, Gateway is the BEST in the game, hands down. Even some of the local universities could learn some things from Gateway.

The staff at Gateway KCTCS care about one thing, money. The bottom line is more important than there word or the rules frankly. They pick and choose what is applicable to their narrative in order to screw over the customer.

My first two years at Gateway were fine, nothing special or overtly negative. However after having issue with some faculty who were verbally abusive, I was denied switching classes. In particular Susan Santos, Teri Vonhandorf, and the president of the school Dr. Figueroa should be ashamed. Their lack of accountability, honesty, and compassion is borderline heartless.

If you value your money, time, education, or want to have simple quality human interactions, avoid Gateway.

Gateway has been the best life decision I have made!!! Very affordable tuition, available and friendly staff, great communication, and easy admission process. I have networked and learned so much from students and staff at Gateway. I always had support and guidance when needed. I graduated from Gateway and have since transferred. However I miss the close knit and friendly environment. I would highly recommend this school, many of my friends and relatives now attend. Go Gateway!!!!

Love this school so much. Great people. Great staff. Great teachers. I can’t wait to go back and finish up my last year. I’ll be graduating and one thing I can say for sure is Gateway will do everything they can to make sure you graduate and have everything you need to go on and build you future!!!! ❤️

I'm currently a student at GCTC Boone Campus, I love the program I'm in.
