A+ Experience. I had issues with my car and had it shipped here hoping to get it fixed. Not only did they get it fixed i was kept up to date on what was going on and what was being done . The invoicing for each task and communications were top notch. definitely recommend anyone looking for a good mechanic shop to use walker automotive. Great folks. Super fast turn around times. Appreciate everything they did for me! Will definitely use them again

Eric Walker and his guys do a wonderful job for me everytime!! I can't say enough about the quality of service I get. Andy is usually who I talk to and Josh is usually the mechanic that works on my vehicles. They keep you informed through out the repair, and is a pleasure to deal with. Probably not the cheapest place, but by far the BEST PLACE FOR AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR!!! QUALITY IS NEVER EXPENSIVE!!

This company is so deceptive. They don’t listen to their customers and ended up changing out a part they didn’t need to. We had told them multiple times we had already changed it and it was not the problem. We were charged hundreds more(on top of already paying to replace the part the first time). When we asked for our old working part back they had already trashed it. Mysteriously, some of our lug nuts were changed after our truck was returned causing more shaking. Coincidentally they wanted to charge us $1795.70 to change our struts and shocks… we found an honest mechanic to do it for under $1000. The only thing that was positive is they gave a reasonable price on the oil change but their receptiveness makes me second guess the oil change was done completely.

From the first contact with their customer service/appointment receptionist my wife and I both felt an ultra rare sense of ease & trust to the personalized conversation explaining and physically showing us all that they accomplished in a remarkably quick time frame. Everything they do is transparent right down to sending you photographs of what they are working on, which was refreshing in today’s world ! My nature is not one given to trusting any commercial business, they erased my doubts at every stage of the repair process. They were sensitive to my budget, especially here at Christmas time. They are beyond efficient with the degree of cutting edge technology they implement in the diagnostic phase, the parts acquisition stage & the actual replace repair process. The only accurate way I can describe their interaction with us is to say exceptional, painless & honest.
An accurate comparison would have to be how you are treated by the staff at Disney (who are world renown for their treatment of their patrons). I would suggest Walker Automative to everyone for any issue with their vehicle. They have my trust and my business from here to the end! One last remark, observing multiple employees I was so impressed by the work climate. Being a retired administrator I noticed multiple times how everyone I observed was HAPPY to be at work. Anyone that owned or ran a business would be exceptionally proud to have their climate in your company. They have a cutting edge position that incorporates a mobile diagnostic department that can even remove the stress of getting your vehicle to them if your situation calls for it. The very young man that runs it is a generational addition who displays a super tenacious work ethic and also that “genuine warmth” you rarely see any longer especially in the field of higher level technology. The lead mechanic also exhibited every trait you want as a consumer. He was happy to share his superior knowledge of foreign automobiles as I ask him a plethora of questions involving purchasing a vehicle in the future (something that “made them zero money”).
Bottom line I’d send my mother, my wife, my daughter there with a automative need and feel 100% that they would be treated exceptionally.

Super friendly people when booking the appointments for our cars. Very professional people when I arrived. We had a little mix up on one of the appointment times(our fault not theirs) but they got us in and took great care of our cars and we were on our way. We would definitely recommend them!

This place was recommended by my co-workers and from the moment I sent them a message after hours they got back to me the next day I took my truck in for an inspection to find out what was going on with my Durango I was able to get my truck in and out within a day timeframe. Mr. Andy was very helpful,nice, down to earth gentleman... I highly recommend this place of business for sure. I will be back to do more business.

Have taken my wife's 2006 XC90 to Walker Automotive several times for repairs.  One problem I was having was traced to the instrument cluster.  The cluster was sent to a company in Canada.  It came back with the tachometer not working correctly.  That was not the original problem.  It was sent back and fixed with Walker Automotive making sure it was repaired under warranty. I was kept updated by Shannon with phone calls and messages as she always has when I've taken my wife's car to Walker for repairs.  Josh, the chief technician, has always taken the time to explain what was done and any other potential issues.  I've always been satisfied with the repairs and appreciate Larry their driver and the shuttle service from Clarksville.  Shannon, Larry, Josh, Andy, and the rest of the Walker Automotive team; friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

This is one of the best auto care centers ever for my vehicle! When I made the appointment with Andy, I felt confident this was going to be a good experience. He and Shannon were perfect hosts during my brief visit for basic maintenance on my Volvo. The car was serviced and checked out and I was on my way. I feel confident the work was done thoroughly and carefully. I will return for future service needs without hesitation.
