Blake was the man, the process of buying a new side by side couldn’t have been any easier. He had the audio roof and windshield installed within a 3 hour notice for me. Helped me locate and purchase a trailer to get the side by side home with. (We were out of town on vacation when I found they had the machine I had been hunting in stock with all the accessories ready to install). Once we arrived the machine was ready and cleaned up spotless (triple black so it shows everything even on a new machine) the process went so smooth with all of my curve balls that while we were there we ended up buying another four wheeler for my nephew. Once again they never missed a beat and got the four wheeler ready to roll within minutes. Would HIGHLY recommend Blake and McCoy Motorsports with any new purchases from this point forward. I live in GA and will be making the drive back to Kentucky if I ever need another one!

Wonderful experience buying a can am from McCoy. They were very upfront and transparent with any fees unlike other dealerships that advertise low and tac on 2k worth of fees and accessories you may or may not want.

My ride sprang a brake line when I picked it up before even getting on the trailer. McCoy replaced the busted line, gave me a free rear windshield and installed my front windshield for free to make it up to me.

They go above and beyond and are proud of their service and quality work. I really appreciate their efforts and will be buying from them again.

These guys were absolutely awesome! Broke down on the trail at Mine Made Off-Road Park on Friday afternoon with a twisted drive shaft. Called these guys and they said to get it there as soon as I could. Loaded up and headed out ASAP. Dropped it off about an hour and a half before closing. They said they'd do their best to have it done before the end of the day. No more than our food came out for a late lunch and they said it was done and that they'd stay a little late to get it test drove for me!!! Didn't price gouge at all and gave me a discount to boot!

I bought a brand new cf moto u force xl alpine from this store. I am an out of state customer so it is not required for them take taxes from me, I pay my county clerk directly. When I walked in I explained this to general manger blake and he sternly stated we don't do business like that here we take care of it all. I explained to him that my credit union wrote a separate check for the taxes to my county clerk office and I just bought a camper from out of state 6 months ago and done it the same way. He acted pretty angry, he got up and said I'll have to ask my title guy but I don't think that's right .once he talked to the title guy and the title guy confirmed I was right. there was no apology at all he just said we will have to redo your paper work before you sign because it's not going to be right now and that we could have already been done and habe everything signed before this happend and changed were needed. Once I finally got to sign papers I had a question about the price I was being charged the finance manager whom I was signing papers with slammed down his pen and said I don't know all I do is paper work ask blake. Once I asked my question to blake he acted offened and annoyed by me asking. Once papers were signed the finance manager said well I'm through with you wait out there. We stood in the lobby arms crossed for 20 mins with no help. Finally the title clerk asked us do yall need help I was like yes I need the key to my side by side he was like you don't have the key and I was like no. He then went to get yet another guy whom gave me the key. I told that guy, Anthony, of the trouble I had he said I'm new but blake tends to be that way. I loaded the side by side and realized the fender was scratched so I called Anthony and blake back over they changed the fender out. The gas light on the machine was on and it even was spitting and sputtering but they would not put fuel in it. This will be my second unit from this store I bought a can am maverick at their old location. I have spent over 40k here now and it will definitely be the last dime I spend there. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy absolutely terrible customer service.

We drove down from Michigan for a 11 day quad ride through Hatfield and McCoy. We had a quad have a catastrophic failure and were a vehicle down. We went to McCoy Motor Sports and bought a 2023 Can Am x3. They quickly went through the paperwork with the bank and a few hours later we were back on the trails with a new side by side. Very friendly and professional service. Treated us like family.
