I got the trailer home. The back door is damaged. I have dealt with them for three months. They still will not call me back and contact me and fix my trailer so I would advise nobody to buy nothing from them because the salesman is a liar and I told him, not to screw me over and I feel like they have. I should’ve went somewhere else in Georgia and bought a trailer trailer from Trailer World in Bowling Green.

That is ridiculous because we purchased a good used trailer not a shitty trailer that can't even be used. Seriously as a 10k dollar trailer, the battery is bad on it that you guys will not pay for leaking acid, and on top of that it's leaking Hydraulic fluid for such a big trailer dealer to sell something saying it's a good used trailer in really good conditions is really screwed up at least you would think they would give us something to help with the expenses. On top of all this they gave us a trailer FULL of roof shingles, rooted wood, bathroom debris which smell awful. When they told me it only has a couple things from the previous owner, we spent a whole day trying to get rid of the garbage because Noone would take the shingles and we final found a place to take it a f ended up charging us $275 to dump, the dealer only gave us $150, so we contacted them and told them that it would be fair if they could at least help out with the expenses on the parts instead of giving us the rest of the money but the decided to say no. Worst experience with them. DON'T BUY USED TRAILER FROM THEM. When we got out new trailer it was a great experience we loved the service and very friendly but can't say the same when we went to get the used trailer because we returned our other trailer in best conditions as possible to get a shitty trailer really makes me upset!!

Bought a trailer almost two months ago. Still haven’t received the tag. Called today and they said they would overnight the title work. So almost two months after it was bought the title work still hasn’t been sent in. Also, the keys didn’t come with the trailer and I’ve been told my three different people multiple times that they would be sending them. Still haven’t gotten them. Wouldn’t recommend buying a trailer from them. Especially not from the salesman Steve

You can’t blame it on a third party. When I called and asked about it yesterday the paperwork had not even been sent to the third party yet

I have had to use their parts department several times for work on my farm trailers. They are helpful and knowledgeable the several times I've been there. I had one semi negative interaction but figure it was a one off day for whatever employee (it could of been a one off on me TBH). They stock more trailer parts than anywhere else around and beside the one off experience they've been super great. Will update once I buy a trailer from the sales department.

I applied for financing Steve called me and said we were good to go the loan was approved. I called Steve the next day before I left to make sure we were still good as I had to drive just over 3 hrs as I get there he informed me the bank needs tax returns. I am 3.5 hrs from home I got there about 3:15 and finally at 6:30 the bank approved it. While we waited for bank to approve loan we went to look at the trailer and it was damaged on the top right corner so steve said they would pull in and fix the damage. After getting it approved we went out to hook up and noticed they did fix the corner that was beat up but didn’t put the lights back on Steve said they would ship them to me we will see if I get them. Overall I was very irritated about the whole situation. I am happy with the trailer but the experience there was not great I was recommended to the company from a friend who bought a enclosed trailer there.
