Having graduated beauty school myself in the 90’s, I wish it was 1/2 this good as Bene’s. I’ve never been in such good company who understood my hair, and I walked out of there with my hair BETTER than any salon I’ve paid full price for in the last 20 years.
Super helpful wonderful hands-on instructor’s that cares about their students, all the while ensuring the clients hair is on point during the entire process.

Lily, and ALL the other wonderful ladies who not only made my hair into something I only dreamed, I am SO grateful for you. Thank you, it meant more to me than you’ll ever know. ❤️

I visited Bene's for the first time today and got what is probably the best haircut ever for $10! The student (Alexis) did a terrific job - the instructor checked every step. I can't wait to try their other services.

They did cut me a little by getting to close witb shaver but is to be expected as the sacrifice for having students do your haircut that are still learning. Very friendly, courteous and way cheaper than a fully trained barber. Didn't realize the cuts till after I left so they weren't that bad not noticable till I scratched the areas

Wonderful experience today at Bene's! I went in for a deluxe facial, and Miss Jackquelyn made me feel comfortable right away. I'm so impressed with how caring the instructors are with both their students and their clients. Instructors are very knowledgeable and I will definitely be continuing my skin treatments with Miss Jackquelyn. Thank you all so much. My skin looks amazing!

Absolute lovely staff here. Everyone is very friendly. They are a full service saloon. Not just a barber shop. The students really want to learn. Vets get free haircuts by the students.

I used to travel for my occupation and made a point to go to beauty schools for services. I have been to at least 15 + schools. Let me tell this is the best school with the best instructors. Kayla has great knowledge and confident. Kayla's instructor Miss Tammy was hands on with all her students extremely knowledgeable and easily approachable. Let's talk about aesthetician! Miss Trish and her student Latasia were awsome as well! Extremely knowledgeable as well. Both instructors are very approachable to their students.. I was learning techniques while they were instructing their students. I recieve by Latasia an awsome deluxe facial, waxing of upper lip, wax and tint of eyebrows. Kayla my stylist gave me a deep conditioning, hair cut, and an awsome foil! Again, have gone to different schools in several different states. This school BENE in Brooksville Florida is absolutely the best school by far! These instructors are incredible! Highly recommend this business. Very rarely do I right a review, this is well deserved! Keep up the good work ladies!

V.I.P BARBER LOUNGE

So I really didn’t want to write a review I figured I’d talk to Mrs . Bowman about the situation but when I texted her I ended up getting blocked . Can’t reach her or Mr bene so hopefully they see this .

I am an alumni barber student of benes and quite frankly I was very disappointed back then when I was in school and still to this day I’m very disappointed.

I’ve owned my shop for 4 & a half years . We have a good reputation. 5 star rating & cut celebrities.

A few months back I was recruiting students that were about to graduate school . One student had asked me to shadow me at my shop. I was open to do that & take him under my wing . After getting to know him he had a drug issue . I’ve asked him repeatedly not to come under the influence and be unprofessional. He disrespected my wishes 3 times . On the final time he passed out in my barber chair . So to teach him a lesion we did a harmless prank on the man . As we live in this new generation of social media trends “barbers “ prank each other or other clients time & time again . Don’t believe me just search “barber pranks “ on tic tok yourself . My business got attack with bad reviews and comments from the current cosmetology instructor Michelle & her students. From an owners prospective I have top ratings and a really good reputation. They have never stepped foot in my shop or know anything on how I run my barbershop day in , day out . People in this day and age get offended by everything . I am not sympathetic to it . These females are cosmetologists not barbers . For you to go out of your way to try and ruin someone’s image when you don’t even know them is very unprofessional. My video of the prank was posted on my barbershop account . It did not happen on school property nor was the school tagged in video I posted . Whatever is done at my place of business is strictly my concern . No one else pays my 5k monthly overhead fee respectfully . It’s crazy how I can get attacked but people judge and don’t know what exactly was going on behind the sense to why the video was posted in the first place . Super disrespectful what kind of leader are you Michelle to have you & your students bash another local business Judging me but videos like mine are all over tic tok . This was a Karen move . My place has beautiful reviews . Our work speaks for itself & our networking does the walking . Any client that has known me for 8+ years knows how I am . I am a young entrepreneur man who is driven , motivated, & strives every day to be the best version of myself . Since Day one when I started school it still has never changed. It’s disgusting to deal with Karen type of people. People see your success. They see the value of what you have and try to ruin it .

I have no issue with Mr bene himself he is a wonder man . The people he chooses to run everyday operations although are not good people to hire . It’s always been like that . Benes can not hold a barber instructor ? Why is that?
