I was traveling cross country and noticed a tire was low. I filled it but in a few hours it was low again. I went to the Big O tire shop in Brandenburg KY. The counter staff were very helpful as well as being friendly and fun. They got my truck in and had the tire fixed in short time. I have had tire issues before and I’m sure I was over charged because I was from out of state. Not here. They were actually lower than in my
home town. Great service, great price and great people. I wish all tire shops were like that!

Very good atmosphere there very nice and professional I know them personally and they try to work with you and help you out there's one woman that works there I can't remember her name she's a tall skinny blondish brown hair girl she is amazing I do good work I've never had no issues with them if there's an issue with repair that they didn't fix right away they take care of it they are great

Rebecca Hayes Kendall, did an above and beyond job getting our van fixed. Hardinsburg ky. Big O had the alignment out so bad that it ate my front tires off. This was after the entire front end had new parts from suspension to steering... Big O in Brandonburg seen the problem, and fixed it as well as reaching out to a Rep for Big o and they made it right... please please please folks if you can get your vehicle to Brandonburg Ky Big O do it.... stay away from hardinsburg, leitchfield, and any other of those franchise Big O's.... see Rebecca Hayes Kendall in Brandonburg Ky. Made appt online for tire rotation, balance and wheel alignment on my 07 Chevy 2500HD. They did a great job. Everyone was pleasant. Will go back again!

Will wait 2 hours to be told they don’t have the size you need. Don’t recommend if you’re needing a simple fix…. not worth waiting (appointments are also not taken into consideration so don’t waste time making one)

I went in to have my tire changed and they found that my rim had a crack and someone tried sealing and hiding it with a sticker. I watched this happen with my own two eye’s definitely no fault of theirs. They changed my tire and aired it up to get me home and didn’t charge me a penny just told me to come back once I got my rim! I came back a week later with the rim (that’s a whole different story but not for here). They put my tire on my rim and once again didn’t charge me a penny just told me to come back when I need new tires that they just want to keep me safe! The three ladies who run the desk are very kind and friendly and so are all the techs. I highly recommend 10/10 Thank you Big O Tires for your great service!!!

I got a screw in my tire on my brand new 2024 car. I took it in to have it fixed. They said they would plug it and order me a new tire. I said no I will order my own tire.
Then they said they couldn't plug it.
They didn't even make sure I had air in the tire.
I left and went to another tire store, they patched my tire and told me I didn't need a new tire. Big Os are crooks.
