I was in the market for a traverse. Wasn’t looking for a new one. Found my perfect fit here. I messaged online and got a text back shortly. They answered all my questions. I was an out of state purchase. We only communicated via text. I was able to get an out the door price and negotiate via text. Once we worked out a deal, we completed everything via phone/email/digital document. It was a super easy transaction. They were super helpful. They had the truck pulled up to the front when I came up. It was washed. Oil was new and ready to go. Let me look it over for however long I needed. Hooked us up with water while waiting. When I was comfortable with the transaction, they gave me the truck and sent me on my way. They checked in when we got home and checked in when a few weeks later to make sure everything was great. This dealership was amazing. Did not seem like a typical dealership with pushy sales people. All in all, I would purchase from them again. Nothing was hidden. There were no games. I got the deal I wanted. They sold me an amazing vehicle. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, give this dealership a shot!

DO NOT buy a pre-owned vehicle from this place... I bought a 21 Trailboss from here and it was not what was described to me at all. I was in a pinch and bought this truck on line. The only reason I did was becuase it had the 6.2 and low miles.. I had asked the salesman about any scratches or dings which he replied there were none. There were several when I got the truck. The frame had a ton of surface rust and I asked them to treat it and they refused even though it had a corrosion warranty on it until 2027!!! The truck was filthy when I got it, there was dog hair and dirt on the floor. The truck had so much overspray on it from the previous owner. It also was way out of alignment when I got it, so bad that the steering wheel was turned when when you were going straight, the tires were absolutely awful, and it had a leak at the rear differential. I'm not sure how any of the team there missed those issues, because anyone with half a brain would have noticed it. Or they just didn't care. I did receive a check for a measly $400 towards $1600 tires... the customer service was awful, the sales manager was rude and I wish he would have spoke to me like that in person... stay far away from this place, they're either idiots or they just don't care... I added pictures of the tires they said were "fine" ‍♂️
