Absolutely wonderful place, went there to get my brake lines fixed today and didn’t have a way back to my friends house. Without me even asking they asked if I needed a ride and one of the mechanics drove me back to my friends house. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced and extremely kind people. They were great. Didn’t overprice me on anything. The only thing was the timeframe. They went past the expected time by a few hours. But, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I will be taking my car here for as long as I own it. The knowledge they had about my car was incredible.

The first time I took my car in for repairs I made an appointment 10 days later my car was still not repaired finally got my auto repaired, Made an appointment for a second repair made an appointment dropped off my car the night before and two days later my car still sitting in the parking lot. Would not recommend this shop appointments mean nothing to them. Owner needs to spend more time working than talking and smoking in the park lot.

Our family has been going to Mitchell’s garage for all of our car repair needs for around 5-6 years now, it is ran by a great family and mechanic that has over 20 years experience working on a wide variety of vehicles. I’ve never been disappointed with their service or prices. Any problems I have had they have fixed and within a super reasonable amount of time. You will not find another mechanic in Paris that does quality of work that Mitchell’s garage does!
