The guys at Meineke did a great job and were very polite. We had an oil change done for my daughters vehicle. They got us in quickly and told us about the care they did and a few things that needed to be done in the near future. The price was also very good. I would give them a good recommendation.

Had a great experience at our new Meineke in town. Great work and fast too. They even applied some discounts to my bill for me and I didn't even know it til I got my receipt. So yep they got my vote as the place to go for me!!

I let them do oil changes and tire repair first then went back to get ac service on our car.
Their reports indicated some problem areas and as funds became available I have went back to get some things done.
Some things recommended seemed expensive but most things are these days.
So far their estimate for repairs have been pretty close to cost of doing the repairs and I am pretty sure I will continue taking my vehicles here for things as I am becoming more comfortable that they are an honest operation.
It's a good feeling to have a local shop available that will get the job done in a timely manner for us folks that can't afford to have the newest vehicles to drive.

I brought my Ford Escape in for an oil change. The next morning, I drove to Ft Wayne pulled in the parking lot, and smoking was coming out from under the hood. My husband put the hood up, and there was oil all over the engine. The cap was off from where they put the oil in. He checked the level on the oil stick, and there was a little oil on the stick si we bought a quart of oil and put in it. Brought it back to Meineke. They paid for the quart of oil plus redid the oil change for free.

Manager very professional, courteous and friendly. The staff also demonstrated professionalism and teamwork. I observed very good communication between manager and staff. I forgot to mention something about my car after they were done and checking me out. The manager went ahead and had it checked to be sure there wasn't a problem. Thankfully there wasn't. I will continue to use their service, very pleased.
