Chris and his team at Bavarian are hands down the best German mechanics in the area. They get to the bottom of the issues with my Audi every time at a fair price. No games and no gimmicks. I trust Bavarian and would choose them over any dealership every time. Ethical mechanics are hard to come by, and high maintenance cars are even more difficult to find reliable service for. One mechanic told me I needed a new engine, but Chris found out I just needed new fuel injectors. Luckily Bavarian offers everything you need to keep your BMW, Audi, or Mercedes in great condition. I recommend them to all of my friends and family with German cars. If you have an issue with yours, take it here, and I promise you will not be disappointed. Shockingly great professional people with transparency to customer in mind. Eric the service advisor was highly knowledgeable and forth coming with all of my BMW needs. Eric also walked me thru my opinions for the services needed to insure the best proformance for my 2011 335i X Drive. The best part of this BMW Service center is the owner Chris, which is a working owner trained through BMW certified training. I highly recommend the BMW Service center for all your BMW, MINI, MERCEDES, AUDI AND VW needs. Prices are very reasonable for the excellent service provided.

Chris and his team's communication, honesty, and transparency are top notch in an industry that has its issues in these areas. Chris and Terra are amazing!! They went above and beyond with my E38 7 series. It’s a bit of a Frankenstein and they had no judgement and found issues that I didn’t even know about. They gave me honest answers as to what need to be addressed now and what could wait a little bit so as to not have as big of and impact on my wallet at once. Happy to have it back running right!

He was extremely nice, professional & knowledgeable. The shop was beautiful & immaculate, very welcoming, nicely decorated & cozy. I cannot recommend this business enough if you need work done on your BMW. Chris was transparent, professional, and patient with me through the entire process of getting my engine replaced. This was a major job and he laid out all my options and worked with me to get to the finish line. As a garage owner myself I can tell when someone is honest, fair, and has their customers in mind and this shop is by far one of the best I have worked with.
