Unos abusivos mi camión entre con una falla y allí le cambiaron cosas que no tenían nada que ver con el daño y que ellos tenían que mirar pieza por pieza hasta dar con la falla…le cambiaron dos sensores y mi camión salió quedó igual aparate que pague 3200 dólares para tener que retirarlo con el mismo problema que mal servicio.

Had my truck at another shop, they miss diagnosed the issues after having the truck for 3 weeks and costing me $12000. I got in contact with Justen Duke at FYDA, who explained he could send a tow truck after my truck asap and have it in the shop that evening getting the issue diagnosed, and work on getting it resolved. After getting my truck, the next morning I get a call with a diagnostic and a game plan to get my truck back on the road! In this line of work time is money, I wish I could go back and had brought my to FYDA to start. I would like to thank everyone at FYDA for the great experience, thank Justen Duke for all the help with customer service and communication, He kept me updated on everything, thank my mechanic Shorty for the hard work he applied to getting my truck back on the road, and the others who helped him! If anyone wants fast honest service, this is the place!

We came into thee Walton location this past week after having trouble with almost every location. And came in thinking well this won’t be any different. But we shortly after that realized just how wrong we were, the sheer kindness and hospitality that was shown to us and helpfulness by these works just showed us that we were in good hands from updates on our truck to in general human decency there was a young African American male AB who stood out to me and my Husband thy most along with the young lady working aside him from us being hungry waiting in lobby the young man took us time and time after again to our hotels to get dinner I insisted young man we can Uber back but he assured us it is alright and that we are the customers so it wouldn’t be a problem to pick us back up from our restaurant after forgetting to grab his phone number the young man waited out front in the rain and made sure we got back to our hotel and carrying our bags into the lobby for us. You can tell this location is something special from not just the work but the people around it Walton location you will now be our go to spot to get us worked on. The kindness and love in that building is something all us drivers should experience.

I was pretty skeptical at first. I had a choice between Fyda Freightliner and my company’s maintenance shop. I chose Fyda because the issue got upgraded and I felt it needed attention asap! Got here got checked in. I must say the technician(s) identified the issues quickly and serviced them just as fast. Tyler was a great tech. He also pointed me in a few fishing spots that I might enjoy. Chad was also very helpful and proficient.
