I’ve been using J&T auto services since my family moved to Spring Hill 2 years ago. They always provide great services and care for my car. The only more able issue is that I asked for new tires with my vehicle maintenance and it somehow got removed from the system and had to wait longer for my car. Other than that, great staff and great services.

These guys completely ripped off my sister for a mass airflow sensor and 4 spark plugs. Charged $800 dollars for the whole job when it takes under an hour and less than $80 in parts. Charged $360 for the sensor that's $57 FROM THE DEALER. Insane price gouge and horrible to my sister. Pressured and treated her like an idiot. Also tried to recommend a myriad of other fixes for an astronomical price tag. Complete scam. Only go here if you have extremely deep pockets and a complete inability to fix basic things yourself. You will pay 5-10x the price of other places or doing it yourself.

J&T performed multiple repairs to my 1990 Buick Reatta. It had been stored for several years with little use. As a result, it had several maintenance and repair needs. Additionally, they performed a complete safety check to ensure the car was safe and road worthy. When they were done the car ran great and I have peace of mind knowing that it is safe to drive. And. I was surprised when i saw the bill and the cost was less than expected for all that they did. They communicated during every step of the way by phone or text messaging and kept me updated on the cars status. They are a top notch, professional shop that I will continue to use for all of our auto repair needs. I highly recommend this locally-owned business.

While vehicle repairs can be a costly experience I can’t thank the team at J&T Auto Services enough. We were taking a trip in our RV when we had brake troubles that brought our trip to a screeching halt. I was very fortunate to select J&T Auto when I searched for help. Darren and his team were able to squeeze us in the following morning and identified the problem. We have an older RV motor home so hunting down the correct parts to get us on the road was no easy task.

We had to wait a day for the parts to arrive. Darren was kind enough to allow us to stay in our RV in their lot. We had our dogs with us and really didn’t want the challenge of finding a hotel that would allow pets.

Once the parts arrived they quickly got us put back together and on the road.
