My kids use Fullerton's as they live in Kansas, I am in Minnesota. The Secretary is always extremely friendly and patient with me with all of my questions. Steve has been very good to my kids every time they bring their cars in and helping them find a good quality cars to buy. He's been very patient with answering all my questions over the phone that he just got done explaining to my children.? It's just very comforting knowing they have a good mechanic that we can trust...

Called fullerton automotive for a simple quote on a job, I waited two days and had to call them twice and still was never given a answer or ever called back. Very unprofessional! Especially for something that takes 5mins . Save your money and take your car to real professionals . This isn't the first negative experience I have had with them.

Fullerton Auto did an excellent job of scheduling my SUV quickly due to an unknown drivetrain problem that may have resulted in costly repairs or injuries later.

Steve and the team quickly diagnosed the problem and called me with the information and price estimate very quickly.

In addition, the Fullerton team checked my vehicle thoroughly and suggested areas that I had overlooked that needed attention.

The drivetrain repairs and other recommended services were completed the same day and expertly. In addition, the work was completed under budget with better parts than the originals.
