I recently visited Southern Tire Mart and experienced the best service of my life. The customer service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. Not only that, but I was impressed by how quickly they got me in and out. The efficiency and speed of their service were truly remarkable. I highly recommend Southern Tire Mart to anyone in need of top-notch service and a great customer experience. 12/11/23 I stopped in for an evening PM. Billy Wilson and the boys took good care of me right away. They had great communication and were very thorough. Billy took me to inspect the oil level and also a quick peek that all filters were new and properly installed. They checked all my heavy fluids. I was very impressed not only with their professionalism but the way they actually cared about doing quality work. Southern Tire Mart is lucky to have these boys! I am quite lucky to have had them take care of my truck.

Excellent service, my experience today @ this Southern Tire Mart was great! Sean, Tyler and the wonderful young lady (I didn't get her name) that works the front desk were all very helpful. They answered all of my questions, gave me great advice on tire maintenance for my truck and you can tell that they really cared about making sure I had the best experience there and they accomplished it. I was also happy they had a huge inventory of the brand(s) of drive tires that I was looking to purchase. They were very knowledgeable of each brand that I had a question about. 5 Star experience!!!

One of my bolt ? missing I pull up talk to mechanic here he replaced it I taught they were gonna charge me for it they said we can't charge you for one bolt .awesome

My parents were returning to Ohio from a trip to Kansas when the battery on their jeep died on the highway around 7pm. The staff at Southern Tire mart was kind enough to drive my parents to a local auto store to get a new battery and helped my dad with replacing the battery on his truck even though they were about to close. They later discovered the alternator needed to also be replaced and the staff made sure to take my dad back to the auto store to get a new alternator as well. Much appreciation to the staff at Southern Tire Mart! The secretary and mechanic were very professional and very willing to assist. I would recommend their company to anyone in need.

Well, it was the first time I have stopped at a Southern Tire Mart and will be the last. I needed to get my fuel filters changed out and was shocked to hear that they charged $187.00 to do a 15-20 min job. If I wasn't pressed for time, and didn't want to take a chance in breaking down on the road, I would have changed them myself. I really didn't have any other choice. Not to mention they charged $37.00 for garbage Baldwin filters. Sorry but you won't be seeing me stop at any of these shops in the future. Heads up, if any of you drivers need to get your fuel filters changed, simply go to TA or Speedco. It will cost you under $50.00 and you will get your choice between quality Luberfiner or Fleet guard filters.....not the up charged garbage Baldwin filters.

Amazing shop to work with. Had a major issue with trailer and they on a weekend uninstalled a hub enabling me to find the parts that I needed so I could get it repaired. They installed the parts I brought them and were more then fair with the pricing. Every employee I spoke to was great with communication easy to understand and able to have a conversation with. I would recommend anyone to stop in if you need any work. The techs in the weekend Brittany and Brian were very quick uninstalling parts and getting me out of the shop and back on the way to getting home for the holiday. The tech (Billy) who installed the new parts was thorough and made sure things were installed correctly. The office staff Kathy and Anthony were amazing to work with and communicated with me through the whole thing. I will be stopping back in and giving them as many referrals as I can. Thank you very much and I appreciate everything you did to go above and beyond what you needed to do.
