My 2017 Ford F250 had problems with the turbo on the way to Colorado for a camping trip. I called several other Ford dealerships and repair shops but none could get me in. When I called Yost they told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. When I arrived they immediately got to work and very quickly diagnosed the issue was with cracks in a hose. They replaced the hose with an upgraded version and got me on my way very quickly. Everyone in the office was super nice and accommodating! They even let me use a desk in one of the offices to check my email while they worked on my truck! Special shout out to Chris,Tim and Larry!!!! I would highly recommend them. Great group of people there and I am grateful for the assistance they provided me to get my truck going again!!

The guys at the service department are great. We had an issue with our RV leveling system. I called the dealership, told them my problem and within minutes, they’re at city park where we were, diagnosed the problem, got it working and got us on the road. They saved the day for us. I would definitely recommend Yost Ford to my friends.

The employees at Yost Ford are top notch ! We were traveling from Pittsburgh to Denver on a road trip , when we basically broke down. We called multiple dealership / mechanics and no one would help us . Finally I found Yost Ford ( an hour out of the way ) and without hesitation they told us to come on in. Unfortunately, the cost and time to fix our truck was just not worth it , so we had to buy. BUT they made the experience painless and were just so welcoming and generous . They put us back on the road that little did they know , led to our engagement 🙂 Highly recommend Yost Ford !!!!!

Staff in the back are great, very personable and knowledgable, Larry the parts manager tries to be very accommodating. My issue is with sales staff, lethargic, prices way over retail, went to another dealership that was more willing to deal. Have purchased a number of vehicles in the past under different sales managers and was very pleased with the outcome.

I am throughly impressed and grateful for this dealership. My wife and I were driving through Kansas from Colorado and were four hours from home, and were having truck issues that would have eventually left us stranded on the side of the road. Despite being backed up for over a week with vehicle maintenance, the guys in the shop fixed my truck in under thirty minutes and got my wife and I back to Manhattan safely. They pulled strings for us, and we never expected it. Thank you guys!!

We have had the absolute BEST experience with Yost Ford.
We got the "run around" for many months from a few other local dealerships about fixing a problem with the transmission on our 2014 Focus, an issue that had a recall from Ford.
Larry and his mechanic crew at Yost have never done us wrong. They fixed the problem and we didn't come up with another one a few months later, like we have experienced at the same dealerships that gave us the run around. You CAN 100% trust their work.
After our Focus was totalled in an accident, Rell, the salesman we worked with, worked his tail end off and did his absolute best to expedite getting us into another vehicle. He even delivered it to us 30+ miles from the dealership. We signed the paperwork in our living room.
I very highly recommend Yost Ford to anyone & everyone.
We love our new 2019 Escape.
