For a small town there is a or packed in this gym. I was in Russell working for a week and this was great. $5/ day got me total access. The equipment was not out dated and all worked as expected. Jeri was the last I dealt with in order to make ale this all happen and she was very hospitable. Thanx Jeri!!!

Very pleased. Had plenty workout options and on the weekend was quiet and made it easy to get a workout done at our own pace. Will visit again while in Russell next time.

Very friendly workers,clean well kept gym and workout area. Great work out equipment, including an arm bike that one can use to rehab bad shoulders and elbow joints. I highly recommend this place.

This review is for the fitness center.

The good: Its functional. Its clean. The cardio equipment is quality. The hours are generous and key card access alows you the flexibility to work out on your schedule. For a small town gym it checks most of the boxes and membership is inexpensive. The dumbbells are high quality and there are several convertible benches to get most any excercise done with them.

The bad: it can often get crowded since the other gym in town closed. The traditional free weights are bad. The bench press and squat rack look like they came from my highscool weightroom from the 90s. There are not enough weights for 2 people to be lifting even moderately heavy at the same time. There is no hack squat machine and only 1 smith rack.

Living in a small town you take the good where you can. Overall im glad the gym is here but it does have some short comings.

It is a great place to exercise but get lonely as there are not many people there. Very quiet. Too quiet for me.
