Amazing service and compassion! Our young daughter is driving from KC to Denver alone and she noticed her car driving different and the check engine light came on. She was super nervous and pulled off at Russell, KS. It was lunchtime, but she waited in hopes that they could check her oil and help her with an oil change or whatever may be the issue. Sure enough, super low on oil and they confirmed a small leak. Got her back on the road, and even taught her how to check her own oil (with a rag and quart of oil in tow) before she pulled out less than an hour later! She is so impressed and so thankful! Me too!! Thank you for taking great care of our KC girl!!

These are the absolute best people! We were traveling down the interstate and was flagged down with a trailer tire wobbling like crazy. Ended up just needing to tighten down a nut on a hub but they were so willing to jump in and help us out and got us back on the road in less than 20 minutes.

Great experience!! From the owner to the front desk to the auto repair dept. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer bunch of hard working folks. I was basically in and out. I would highly recommend Dean’s Auto to any one, to do anything your auto, truck, boat, RV may need! Give them a call and schedule an appointment. They are the best!!

Our car started losing power while driving and the battery light showed up. We pulled in right before closing, and they were super kind to take a look real fast! Thankfully it was a quick and easy tightening of the battery connectors, and we were back on the road shortly! Amazing small town family mechanic with very genuine nice people. I’m glad I stopped, thanks again!

Had an issue with our 2013 Kia back in November on our way to Colorado. We're from Wichita so we were just passing through. However, Dean's fixed us right up in a timely manner!! But we had wonderful company while we waited. The owners and employee's are all so kind!! 🙂

We had a flat tire while traveling in the area, called Dean's Auto, they told us to come in right then and there. Fixed the flat, put it back on the vehicle and down the road we went. Fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. 45 minutes at most start to finish!

Brought my car in at 10 am for them to run and check the code..left and got a call at 1 figured it was just them telling me what was wrong and when they could get it in to fix it..but no it was already fixed and ready to go!!!! And the price was amazing too..great customer service and very good pricing!!!
