Michelle is an amazing instructor. I have attended Lunar Flow off and on for some time. I always appreciate the practice and the sense of relaxation and calm that it provides. I have also participated in Reiki and coaching classes. The benefits I have received from the time spent with Michelle is immeasurable and the wealth of information she has provided me to assist in my self care journey has provided such valuable tools for me. The lessons will be carried with me for a long time to come.

We are so fortunate in our small town to have a yoga studio, especially one that is the caliber of Higher Power Yoga. From the moment you walk in, you feel a welcoming atmosphere and sense of calm. Michelle, the instructor is knowledgeable and skilled and provides individualized attention and modifications when needed. The variety of classes offered ensures that there is something for everyone. I had a reiki session with HPH&Y, in addition to attending yoga classes. Michelle makes the reiki session comfortable and lets it evolve naturally.
