I have used them twice now. They have amazing customer service! They are very knowledgeable when it comes to my lawn mower!! They are patient when it comes to all the questions I ask. They get the job done and are very thorough. They are also very affordable.

Had an invisabrake system installed. They said they had never done one before. We could not be happier. From Candy to the techs, they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and they were so nice about it throughout. Would definitely recommend them and also will keep them in mind for any future type work we need. We live 2hrs away, but well worth the drive. Thanks to all!!!!!

Recently, my husband and I spoke with Brandon and Candy regarding changing out our current seat on our zero radius mower, and we were impressed by how they both took time to speak with us, face-to-face, not allowing any interruptions to detour them from our need. It was a pleasant experience when compared to other businesses of which we had just left prior to coming to their establishment. Again we had need of their expertise today and Dan took time to assist us with another issue. We highly recommend this company who doesn’t judge your importance based on the dollar amount you intend to spend. So refreshing.

Outstanding work and communication. They put on a full bumper replacement from Ranch Hand and a Thieman lift gate for me and it looks amazing. I cannot thank Mid State Truck enough!!

I had electricity installed on my Honda Odyssey van for an electric lift. I use a scooter since I have a disability. Doug did a great job and have not had a problem. Totally recommend Mid- State and make sure you ask for Doug.

Brought my truck in the have my plow looked at. The gentleman that came out was very helpful.
He told me what to fix and did not charge me anything. I bought my plow there in 2014.
There were different employees then when I bought my plow. The gentleman that helped me and the gentleman at the desk were very helpful. I appreciate that and will buy my next plow from them when I need to replace it. Truly appreciate it!!

I recently used mid-state services in Greenfield In. The transaction was great. The sales rep was great and very helpful. He answered all of my questions. Once all of the work was done. I paid my bill and began to walk out. The sales rep that was so nice then says to me, "Behave yourself ". Then I looked at my truck to see the power ground and plow wires hanging. They are usually mounted to the bumper. I'm not upset about the wires, (even though they should be mounted) it was the comment. Dave please understand that is no way to talk to a person. I gave you no reason to say this to me. Please try to understand. Again the work was complete. The comment was very offensive.

I bought a power sprayer from MTE a couple years ago and recently had a fitting break on it. Brandon at the Greenfield location took care of the broke fitting for me in no time. I would highly recommend MTE for all small engine repair and mower needs
