Diagnosed an intermittent fuel tank pressure sensor check engine light code and verified wiring but didn’t charge a fee as didn’t determine the cause as the problem wasn’t active at time of service. Thanks for being honest and have integrity. Will use again.

We were travelling through Indiana on our way back to Colorado and the brand new fuel pump my Father had installed on our Suburban went out. The Indiana State Police directed us to Moore's Repair in nearby Greenfield.

After trying to fix the problem himself for 6 hours, my 74 year old Dad, who insists on doing everything himself, agreed to have the Suburban towed to Moore's just after sunset. We left the truck there over night and called them in the morning.

The Manager, although busy with a full lot, took the time to deal with my less than cordial Father (who can be irritable and testy... especially around auto repairs). They bumped us to the front of the line since we were stranded out of towners - staying at a nearby hotel - and had us back on the road by 1pm the next day.

We KNOW this is not something that Moore's regularly has to deal with, but WE THANK YOU IMMENSELY for taking care of us and changing up your day to accommodate us!!! You went above and beyond!!! You were not just helping a grumpy old man, but a grandfather, grandmother, Father, Mother and 3 grandkids (7 people).

I had a fantastic experience with Moore's Repair. They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process and they gave me lots of updates on the status of my vehicle. I had coolant leaking from my radiator and they replaced it for a great price in 2 days. Earlier this year, I called them asking about a serious transmission issue I had and instead of wasting my time, they immediately referred me to a specialist with my issue. Moore's Repair is a great, honest shop and I would highly recommend anyone check them out first with car issues.

Steve was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my bad wheel bearing after a short test drive. He got me in 2 business days later. I dropped my car off at 7am and it was repaired by noon. Since I was at work and without a ride to the repair shop, Matt from the shop came and picked me up after I was done working; he’s very friendly and knows about bad wheel bearings! Very reasonable cost for the repair-just under $300. I think I’ve found my local auto repair shop!!!

Break job gone wrong! Only wanted pads as squeaker just started. Matt talked me into rotors, done same day. While driving next day I hear squeezer still. Call and call get me in for 3 weeks. Take it in and get a call saying mechanic can’t hear squeak, looked and doesn’t see anything wrong. I drove away from the shop and within five minutes I hear the squeak while braking. Period.
If they can’t do a simple brake job and then do the work to find out what the problem is afterwards how can they be trusted? I wonder if they even replaced my pads!

We were in route back to Texas when we had trouble with our 12 passenger van. We exited the highway and found this place as we were uncertain what was causing the sudden rattling in our vehicle. It was just before closing on a Friday, but they kindly jumped in and figured out what the problem was. Apparently, our rear tires had been badly damaged somewhere on the highway. The quick diagnosis allowed us to get into a tire replacement shop just before they also closed. Everyone was very kind and helped get us back on the road with minimal fuss!

These guys are fantastic. Went for an oil change and diagnostic on my very old car. There are many many things going wrong with it because it has over 250,000 miles on it. They had compiled a list of issues for me in order of importance too-which means the world to me so I know where to start. No way I can get it all fixed at once and they understood that and took it into consideration for me. They even tried explaining it all to me and how each thing effected what problem and how I needed to fix each. Wonderful people. Great prices. Just best mechanic shop I’ve ever even heard of. Above and beyond any expectations of mechanical service!!
