A dealership had told us motor mount replacement was needed for our Silverado. Brad quoted the BEST price of 3 locations we compared.
We dropped off for D&B to begin work on the truck early, as we planned to leave town in the afternoon. By 9:15am, we received a call from Brad stating the motor mounts were NOT NEEDING replaced. His testing prior to the work determined they are not broken.

I have used D & B for years and have always had extremely professional, courteous and quality service. D&B is always honest and prompt with me. They get my work done quicker than expected and stand by what they do. I got a fan replaced a year ago and my car started overheating last week. I called and Brad said to swing by on my way home if I could. Brandon was able to come out immediately and see that the fan wasn't working. Got it to start and pulled it into the shop to fix the connection. Thanks guys!

Today I got high-centered in a snow drift and couldn't get myself out so I googled towing services in Derby. D&B showed up in the top of the search so I called...turns out they don't provide towing services anymore but they gave me a number for a towing company. Brandon was kind enough to say he'd be happy to send a couple guys out to help me but all their techs were busy at that time. He offered to call me back in 15-30 minutes if someone became available. I called the business number they provided for the towing company but didn't get an answer. I called 6 other towing companies and they were either not taking any more jobs for the day or the BEST case scenario was a 2 hour wait. Thankfully I had plenty of gas to stay warm in the 18 degree temps. I called back to D&B to let them know if someone was able to come out in the next 1.5 hours I would still be there since I was on a 2 hour waiting list. Brad answered that time and said he'd see what he could do. I felt horrible for getting myself into this mess and imposing on others. Within about 30 minutes, Tom showed up in his personal vehicle and without the best of circumstances (nothing to hook onto and very deep drifts) he single-handedly got me out of the mess I was in and never once complained. He didn't want to be paid, he just came to help. AMAZING! I know they're in business so I insisted he take the little bit I had with me but it was NOT enough. THANK YOU, D&B's Brandon, Brad, and Tom for your assistance today! Tom did the hard work but I know it take everyone to make the team successful and you all played a part.
