Mike Taylor was patient with me. We went on a few test drives and showed me all the bells and whistles of the cars since its been awhile since I made a vehicle purchase. He noticed I needed to see all the numbers and multiple different payment terms wrote out before I could move forward and had no complaints.

After running the numbers on 3 different vehicles. I noticed I may be out of my budget range and decided I wanted to test drive another vehicle from another location. He got it dropped off at the Derby location for me to test drive with just a simple text.

I actually test drove the vehicle with Gary since Mike was busy and he had no issues going over any concerns and resolving them if I liked the vehicle. I decided it fit my budget so I was willing to move forward. When we got to my trade-in Mike was able to get me the amount I wanted for it. I signed the papers and was on my way.

I was happy with my experience.

Went in for an alignment and came out with a damaged front spoiler. The dealership was very upfront about it and vowed to make it right. They are in the process of ordering me a new front spoiler which is very good customer service! The honesty and integrity was clearly shown. Will definitely go back if needed for any service issues on my vehicles.

Although we weren't ready to be in the market for another vehicle, circumstances forced our hand and I'm glad I was able to find one so quickly.
