I've ordered several things from John and the only issue I've had was a brake pad mix up, mistakes happen, and he went above and beyond to make it right so I could be ready for a trip that weekend. I don't want to give all the details so everyone will expect the same case everytime but he more than made it right. I try to shop local and give him my business when I can. If customers don't support the local buisnesses they wont be around when you need them most in the future not to mention they are trying to make a living for their families and their workers families vs supporting the big name online retailers. Thanks again!

Hey. Thanks for filling this brake master up with brake fluid and returning it, so the next guy gets it all corroded,screws stripped, and paint peeling. Great business practice for a $20 part. My 8 yr old will just have to wait for another to be shipped. Thanks
