Very disappointed by this service! I was there yesterday I paid 75$ for 5 minutes to check my car and today when I called back to get it fixed they said the first spot available will be in a week. I called another service and I need to pay AGAIN the diagnostic over there. he should have told me this from the first moment I took the car there

I had a blow out on one of my rear tires. Just as I was about to call AAA, a Four Seasons truck pulled up behind me and the driver asked if I needed help. He put my spare tire on and wouldn’t take any payment. Thank you so much for your kindness and great roadside service!

These guys are really busy and there's a reason for that. They're good at what they do. And yet despite this, in all the years I've had cars worked on by them, or towed, etc. they always seem to have space and time to get to me. If the job is big, they'll spot you a loaner. They're a full service shop, something that was helpful when I needed a tow and some bodywork a ways back. Greg, the owner, is smart, charitable, and one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I've met living in Maine and elsewhere. He's honest about what a vehicle might need, but will work with you if he can- and he's rescued vehicles from less organized shops in the area, when customers have asked him to. He's of the mind that issues with vehicles should be diagnosed rather than simply replacing parts until the problem goes away- and he's passing that skill onto his sons. I don't normally write reviews- but I've felt strongly about the quality of their work for a while now. Worth a look if you're in need of repairs.

A few years ago, I was visiting the area from out of state and needed a repair. Other local shops were expecting a wait of several days, past when my accommodations were reserved for. 4 Seasons "went the extra mile" to get the parts needed and fit the job in to their schedule and mine. They were honest and did the work at a very fair price. If I lived in the area, they would definitely be my go-to shop for all of my automotive repair and maintenance needs.

Four Seasons Auto is the only place I take my vehicle now. I have dropped my car off there a couple times now and they are always fairly priced, work is professional and sound, they even gave me a ride home while my car was being worked on! Great job guys, keep it up!
