Amazing service, I can never speak highly enough of these people, shop can have wait times between a couple days to about a week at most for larger jobs but they are so honest and really really fair with their pricing that it’s always worth it, they always give me the cheapest quote around and they put in so much effort and care to making sure each customer has a working reliable vehicle, our car has been having quite a few issues as of late because it’s right about at the end of its lifespan and every time we’ve had an issue they have been amazing at figuring out the problem and keeping our car running at tip top shape at over 200,000 miles with multiple accidents in the past, they always go above and beyond and have always valued our loyal business, amazing establishment all around. Welcoming, great service, great value, one of the best local businesses to support in the area in my opinion <3 could not love this shop anymore than I already do!!

As someone who does all my own car work, I need a reliable professional when I can't fix my impala by myself. Not only is Buddy extremely friendly and helpful, Jimmy is also a thorough mechanic. Was very glad they listened to me and also confirmed the issues I was having before just swapping out expensive parts. Got my car inspected here and think I spent maybe 15 minutes waiting? Maybe 20? Either way, they are extremely professional and will definitely get my recommendation.

Buddy (the manager of the station) is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He is kind, honest and always willing to help. The mechanic is also wonderful. These people do great work and have unbelievable prices. I'm always so surprised whenever I go get work done on my car and they hand me the bill. It is always way cheaper then I expect but the work is suburb. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their car. It's easily the best place is Walpole.

I stopped in for an inspection sticker. After an hour the owner of this establishment placed a rejection sticker and said the leftside ball joint failed testing. I brought my newer truck to my Mechanic for a complete safety and mechanical testing. He found nothing wrong with said ball joint. When I asked him to replace the ball joint anyways he informed me that to replace just the ball joint is impossible and the whole upper assembly needed to be done for a new ball joint and then he would need to realign the entire truck. I agreed. This repair cost me 800$ to repair. I went back to rectify the rejection sticker and the owner made me wait 1 full hour to switch out rejection sticker with a passing sticker. I would warn anyone looking to get an inspection sticker to go elsewhere. Obviously something fishy going on with this business and inspection stickers.

I called 1a Auto and asked if I needed to make an appointment to get an inspection. They said no. I asked if I would be ok to come in 15 minutes. They said yes. I get here and he tells me there is a lot of people ahead of me and asked if I can come back tomorrow. Waste of gas and bad service
